In the early 90’s Mr Mel (aka Mel Watts) was well-known for performing alongside top DJ’s like Sasha, John Digweed, Carl Cox and Norman Cook, to name but a few.
Towards the end of the 90’s and early 00’s Mr Mel was a regular guest at Miss Moneypenny’s at El Divino’s Ibiza as well as gaining a residency at the Matrix in Reading.
Throughout the 00’s Mr Mel has performed as a guest DJ at many of the local Reading and London hotspots with other top names like his old friends Dark Matter, Lost Witness and Judge Jules.
Combining rolling bass lines of Future House and uplifting funky guitar from disco house plus his “let’s get this party started” attitude is what makes Mr Mel a very popular Guest DJ on the Reading club scene. A night not to be missed.
